As a Litigation Associate in our Los Angeles office, you will serve as a key player in a results-driven practice that spans pretrial, discovery, trial, and appellate work. You will partner across disciplines to solve intricate legal problems for business leaders and entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities

• Complex Advocacy: Manage a comprehensive litigation workload, including sophisticated legal research and the drafting of high-stakes briefs.

• Discovery Oversight: Direct and manage the document production process and oversee complex discovery phases to ensure precision and strategic advantage.

• Strategic Resolution: Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to advise on key legal and industry matters that impact case resolution and business goals.

• Practice Growth: Support the expansion of the firm’s profile by contributing to legal articles, participating in speaking engagements, and engaging in strategic client development.

• End-to-End Litigation: Support all phases of the litigation lifecycle, from initial pretrial strategy through trial and potential appellate efforts.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of comprehensive experience handling complex litigation matters at a reputable law firm.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong background in legal research, brief-writing, and discovery management. Experience in consumer class action law is preferred.

• Bar Admission: Must be an active member of the California Bar.

• Academic Background: JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Judicial clerkship experience is considered a significant plus.

• Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing responsibilities under tight deadlines.
